Soccer Recap: Sheldon Takes a Loss

Sheldon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the West Park Panthers, falling 6-0.

Sheldon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6-1. As for West Park, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Sheldon will be playing in front of their home fans against McClatchy at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. As for West Park, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the West Park challenge the Whitney at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. West Park's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Whitney's offense will have their work cut out for them.
