Roosevelt had won nine straight games and Nyleigh Gregory did her part to make it ten on Thursday. The Roosevelt Rough Riders walked away with a 51-43 victory over the Ridgeview Wolf Pack thanks in part to Gregory, who almost dropped a double-double on 25 points and nine boards. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Roosevelt's points.

Ridgeview lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Aubrey Aldan, who posted 15 points. Another player making a difference was Nyla Jackson, who had 11 points.

Roosevelt's win bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Ridgeview, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

Roosevelt didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 53-52 victory against Cabrillo on the 27th. As for Ridgeview, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 54-52 loss against Shafter on the 27th.
