Softball Recap: Creekside Extends Winning Streak to Six

Creekside entered their tilt with Manchester on Wednesday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They put the hurt on the Blue Devils with a sharp 16-8 win. Considering the Seminoles have won ten contests by more than seven runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Dazire Randle was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with six stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those six stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Aneesa Hall was another key player, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.

Creekside's record is now 11-3. As for Manchester, they dropped their record down to 2-20 with the loss, which was their 11th straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Creekside will venture away from home to challenge Forest Park at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Manchester, they will welcome Carver at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.
