Baseball Recap: Therrell Takes a Loss

The Therrell Panthers came up short against the Coosa Eagles on Monday, falling 11-1.

Therrell saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andy Franco, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Therrell's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Coosa, the win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-5.

While Therrell had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
