Softball Recap: Mullen's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Seven

Mullen strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Doherty Spartans 18-6. Fans of the Mustangs have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Mullen let Kory Abbott and Maize Jackson run wild. Abbott went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and one triple, while Jackson went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. Haddie Slucki was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
