Soccer Recap: Norcross' Undefeated Season over After 12 Games

Norcross came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Duluth Wildcats, falling 3-0. Norcross were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Duluth apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, Norcross fell to 10-1-1. As for Duluth, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Norcross is set to square off against their familiar foe Berkmar at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Norcross' favor as the squad sits on six straight wins at home while Berkmar has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road. Meanwhile, Duluth will challenge rival Meadowcreek at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
