Peyton and Colorado Springs Christian are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2015, but not for long. The Panthers will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Lions at 7:00 p.m.

Peyton dropped their record down to 3-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Colorado Springs Christian, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Peyton barely slipped by Colorado Springs Christian in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 13-12. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was the Lions' Daniel Hoggard, who rushed for 64 yards and a pair of scores, and also picked up 54 receiving yards. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will the Panthers still be able to contain Hoggard? There's only one way to find out.
