Basketball Recap: Los Altos Comes Up Short

Los Altos's game on Friday was all tied up 13-13 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 35-27 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fremont Firebirds. The match marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Los Altos has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-16 record this season. As for Fremont, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-12.

Coming up, Los Altos will host Milpitas at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fremont, they will venture away from home to face off against Homestead at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fremont is facing Homestead at the right time seeing as Homestead is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
