Softball Recap: Stonewall Comes Up Short

After flying high against Milburn on Tuesday, Stonewall came back down to earth. The Longhorns fell just short of the Little Axe Indians by a score of 4-3 on Thursday.

Stonewall's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Little Axe, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Stonewall didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Earlsboro on the 19th. As for Little Axe, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, an 8-6 victory against Wellston on the 18th.
