Volleyball Recap: West Laurens Comes Up Short + How To Watch

West Laurens was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the St. Andrew's Lions.

Payton Phillips paced West Laurens' offense, picking up two kills. Phillips got some help from Skylar Fountain and her two assists.

West Laurens' loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for St. Andrew's, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season.

West Laurens didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Warner Robins on the 26th. As for St. Andrew's, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against St. Vincent's on the 25th.
