If Etna wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Trinity, they should've done a better job of containing Kloe Kist. The Wolves walked away with a 51-42 victory over the Lions on Friday with plenty of help from Kist, who shot 46% from the field on her way to 21 points in addition to eight steals and six boards. She is becoming a predictor of Trinity's success: when she posts at least three steals the team is 7-1 (and 8-12 when she doesn't).

The win made it two in a row for Trinity and bumps their season record up to 15-13. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.5 points over those games. As for Etna, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-13 record this season.

Trinity has already played their next matchup, a 70-30 win against Hamilton on the 17th. As for Etna, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Maxwell at 5:30 p.m.
