The Faribault Falcons will venture away from home to challenge the North Polars at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Faribault's offense hasn't had much luck over their past six contests, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Faribault is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Stewartville on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Falcons were outmatched by the Tigers and fell 64-8. The Falcons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 57-0.

Meanwhile, North ended up a good deal behind Simley on Friday and lost 49-35. The Polars haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Faribault's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for North, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
