Forge Christian entered their tilt with Sand Creek on Saturday with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. They blew past the Scorpions 15-3. The Fury might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 18 matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Julianna Alfaro was a major factor no matter where she played. She tossed four innings while giving up three earned runs off three hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Rio Beck was incredible, going 2-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Vivian Stults, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Forge Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .586. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sand Creek only posted an OBP of .250.

Forge Christian's victory bumped their record up to 21-3. As for Sand Creek, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-16.

Coming up, Forge Christian will take on Delta in a tournament on Saturday. Sand Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
