First Preparatory Christian Academy scored the most runs they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Bradwell Institute Tigers, falling 18-6. The Highlanders haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Charlie Mulling and Bella Ewing did some serious damage despite the final result: Mulling went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI, while Ewing went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run. That RBI marked the first that Mulling has brought in this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Abigail Nadeau, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

First Preparatory Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Bradwell Institute, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-16.

While First Preparatory Christian Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
