After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last four matches, Valley Park finally came back down to earth on Thursday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (12-2), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. Their defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Valley Park's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Windsor, they now have a winning record of 3-2-1.

Coming up, Valley Park will head out to face off against Bayless at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bronchos have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13 runs per game on average), something the Hawks will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Windsor, they will welcome Westminster Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.
