Basketball Game Preview: Northgate Flames vs. Bentworth Bearcats

The Northgate Flames just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Bentworth Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Northgate is looking for their season's first victory.

On Wednesday, Northgate took a blow against Brashear, falling 41-10.

Meanwhile, Bentworth ended up a good deal behind Uniontown on Saturday and lost 45-29. The Bearcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northgate will need focus on slowing down Brielle Dillon, one of several Bentworth players who made an impact when they last played. She posted nine points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Aubrie Logan, who earned six points and five steals.

Bentworth now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Northgate, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
