Baseball Recap: Northern Lehigh Gets the Win

Northern Lehigh barely beat Salisbury Township the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bulldogs never let the Falcons get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Not much got past Parker Schaffer, who gave up just a hit to keep Salisbury Township off the board. Schaffer also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Northern Lehigh is 6-2 when he allows at most one earned run, but 6-9 otherwise.

Northern Lehigh kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Salisbury Township only managed one.

Northern Lehigh now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Salisbury Township, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Northern Lehigh nor Salisbury Township have any future games scheduled.
