Softball Recap: Jenks Comes Up Short

After flying high against Muskogee on Tuesday, Jenks came back down to earth. The Trojans fell just short of the Broken Bow Savages by a score of 7-5 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Trojans have suffered since September 5th.

Jenks' loss dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Broken Bow, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Coincidentally, Jenks and Broken Bow will both be playing Grove the next time they take the field. The Trojans will host the Ridgerunners at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Savages will play them later in the day, at 6:30 p.m.
