Soccer Recap: Castro Valley Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Castro Valley was not quite San Ramon Valley's equal in the second half on Wednesday. They fell just short of the San Ramon Valley Wolves by a score of 2-1. The Trojans haven't had much luck with Wolves recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Castro Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Castro Valley and College Park will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for San Ramon Valley, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Dougherty Valley at 6:30 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
