Baseball Recap: Harvester Christian Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Heritage Preparatory last Saturday, Harvester Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Hawks took a 14-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Flint River Academy Wildcats on Monday. The Hawks haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Ryland Nichols was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.

Harvester Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Flint River Academy, their win bumped their record up to 11-2.

Looking ahead, Harvester Christian Academy will challenge Hearts Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Flint River Academy, they will take on Heritage Preparatory at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
