Volleyball Recap: Tri-Point Takes a Loss

Tri-Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Lexington Minutemen. If the Chargers were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Minutemen when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-6.

Tri-Point's offense was headlined by Khloe Miller-Dyrby and Addisyn Honeycutt, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from Rachel Darda and her seven assists.

Tri-Point's defeat dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Lexington, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-6.

Tri-Point wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Armstrong on the 7th. As for Lexington, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Deer Creek-Mackinaw on the 7th.
