Softball Recap: Central Lyon Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Central Lyon's offense. They lost 14-0 to the Unity Christian Knights on Friday. The Lions' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Central Lyon's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Unity Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Central Lyon is set to face off against their familiar foe Sioux Center at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Unity Christian will challenge rival West Lyon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
