South Side piles up the points against Bentworth

Recap: South Side Rams vs. Bentworth Bearcats

The South Side Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 32 points or more this season. They breezed by Bentworth on the road to the tune of 59-27. Winning may never get old, but South Side sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Despite the loss, Bentworth saw an underclassman step up: Jesse Laskey scored six points.

South Side's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Bentworth, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.

South Side will head out on the road to face off against New Brighton at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. New Brighton is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. Bentworth and Chartiers-Houston will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024 without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Chartiers-Houston presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Bentworth in Pennsylvania (Chartiers-Houston is ranked 250th, while Bentworth is ranked 603rd).
