Soccer Recap: Rim of the World Takes a Loss

Rim of the World lost against Summit last Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rim of the World Fighting Scots took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Summit SkyHawks. While losing is never fun, the Fighting Scots can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 896th, while the SkyHawks are ranked 418th).

Rim of the World has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 14 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14-2 record this season. As for Summit, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-4-2.

As of now, neither Rim of the World nor Summit have any future games scheduled.
