Baseball Recap: Sprayberry Takes a Loss

Sprayberry lost against River Ridge last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Sprayberry Yellow Jackets lost 7-1 to the River Ridge Knights. The Yellow Jackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sprayberry's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for River Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: River Ridge beat Sprayberry by a score of 7-3 later that day.
