Soccer Recap: Callaway Gets the Win

Callaway's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They skirted past the Pike County Pirates 1-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cavaliers.

Callaway's win bumped their record up to 4-3. As for Pike County, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

The future could be bright for both Callaway and Pike County: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Callaway will look to extend Fayette County's three-game losing streak when they meet at 7:55 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Pike County will try to hand Rutland their third-straight defeat when the two meet at 7:00 p.m. on March 4th.
