Softball Recap: Cordell Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Anadarko last Saturday, Cordell came back down to earth. The Blue Devils took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cheyenne/Reydon Bears on Monday. If the Blue Devils were looking for revenge after losing 13-2 to the Bears when the teams met back in August of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cordell has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Cheyenne/Reydon, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-8.

Cordell wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-2 win against Thomas-Fay-Custer on the 9th. As for Cheyenne/Reydon, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-0 loss against Arapaho on the 9th.
