Baseball Recap: Man Comes Up Short

Man came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 9-3 to the Gilmer County Titans. The Hillbillies have struggled against the Titans recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Man saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Grayson Sanders, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Sanders is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played.

Man's defeat dropped their record down to 12-16. As for Gilmer County, their record is now 25-5.

As of now, neither Man nor the Titans have any future games scheduled.
