Football Recap: Tuscarora Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Tuscarora played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the Middletown Knights 56-28. The Titans gained 143 more yards on the day, but it was the Knights that made the best use of them.

Despite the defeat, Tuscarora saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Landon Rosenberg threw for 242 yards and three TDs.

Tuscarora now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Middletown, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Tuscarora will head out on the road to take on Frederick at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Titans' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Middletown, they will host Brunswick at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will be up against the Railroaders' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33.6 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
