Basketball Recap: Crestwood Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Crestwood can now relate to. They were beaten by the Archbishop Wood Vikings 68-29 on Saturday. The game marked the Comets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

With the defeat, Crestwood broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 18-5. As for Archbishop Wood, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 22-7.

Crestwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Archbishop Wood, they will challenge South Fayette at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Archbishop Wood will need to watch out since South Fayette has now posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
