Soccer Recap: Perris Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Perris was not quite Moreno Valley's equal in the second half on Thursday. They fell 2-0 to the Moreno Valley Vikings. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 1-0 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Perris has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for Moreno Valley, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Perris will square off against Vista del Lago at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Moreno Valley, they will challenge Citrus Hill at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
