After only two runs in their last contest, North Platte made sure to put some runs up on the board against Buena Vista on Wednesday. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over the Bison. Considering the Bulldogs have won 13 matchups by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

North Platte has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-13 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Buena Vista, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-20.

North Platte has already played their next contest, a 12-0 defeat against Marian on the 9th. Buena Vista does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
