Softball Recap: Schley County Comes Up Short

Schley County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 9-0 to the Taylor County Vikings, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, with their most recent defeat being a 9-0 loss on Monday.

Schley County's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Taylor County, the win was the 18th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Schley County will welcome Crawford County at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Taylor County, they will be playing at home against Jasper County at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
