Softball Recap: Mustang's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

While Mustang put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Tahlequah. The Broncos sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Tigers. The victory was just business as usual for the Broncos, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Mustang's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Tahlequah, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-1.

Looking ahead, Mustang will head out to take on Perry at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Broncos are facing the Maroons at the right time seeing as the Maroons are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Tahlequah, they are taking a road trip to challenge Blanchard at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Lions' pitching crew has only allowed 1.8 runs per game this season, so the Tigers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
