Prince Avenue Christian waltzed into their matchup on Monday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the Franklin County Lions 13-5. The Wolverines might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by seven runs or more this season.

Prince Avenue Christian let Eli Attaway and Kyler Giddens run wild. Attaway scored two runs while going 2-for-3, while Giddens scored two runs while going 3-for-4. What's more, Giddens posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Harrison Jefts, who scored three runs while going 1-for-3.

They weren't the only ones working in the hit department: Prince Avenue Christian kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in three consecutive games.

Prince Avenue Christian pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Franklin County, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 11-3 record.

Prince Avenue Christian will have a chance to go back-to-back against Franklin County: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:55 p.m. on Wednesday.
