Soccer Recap: Calhoun Triumphs

Calhoun had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Gordon Central Warriors on Tuesday. The Yellow Jackets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Something new happened on Tuesday as David Vera saw his first action of the season, playing 80 minutes against Gordon Central. Vera made the most of the opportunity, putting up one assist A few more games like that and he might be seeing even more time going forward.
