Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Douglas County). They were the clear victors by a 6-1 margin over the Westlake Lions on Monday. With Douglas County ahead 3-0 at the half, the match was all but over already.

The victory got Douglas County back to even at 6-6. As for Westlake, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Douglas County face off against Newnan at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westlake, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on South Paulding at 8:00 p.m. on April 17.
