Festus waltzed into their contest  on Tuesday with 12 straight wins... but they left with 13. They blew past the Webster Groves Statesmen 12-4. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played  back in October of 2024.
 Aubrey Doyle spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on eight hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  a single  walk in three consecutive appearances.
 At the plate, Festus let  Livi Kearns and  Ava Oberle run wild. Kearns  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  double, while  Oberle  went 3-for-4 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Leinna Smith, who  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI and one  double.
Festus' win bumped their record up to 15-2. As for Webster Groves,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-7.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Festus will take on Windsor at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. The Owls' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8  runs per game  this season, so the Tigers' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Webster Groves, they will square off against Seckman at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
