Soccer Recap: Rancho Dominguez Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Rancho Dominguez came into Wednesday's matchup having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They had just enough and edged the Carson Colts out 2-1 on Wednesday. This was a revenge game for the Lobos: when they faced off against the Colts back in January, they had to take a 6-3 loss.

Rancho Dominguez's win bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Carson, they now have a losing record at 7-8-1.

Rancho Dominguez will square off against Narbonne at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. Rancho Dominguez is facing Narbonne at the right time seeing as Narbonne is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Carson, they will take on San Pedro at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. San Pedro knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past seven contests -- so hopefully Carson likes a good challenge.
