Softball Recap: Cushing Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Cushing's offense. They lost 12-0 to the Blanchard Lions on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 on Thursday.

Cushing has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-16 record this season. As for Blanchard, their win was their 13th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 29-6.

Cushing has already played their next contest, an 11-2 victory against Ada on the 3rd. Blanchard has also already played their next matchup (against Yukon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
