Swainsboro had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Georgia School for Innovation & Classics Patriots with a sharp 9-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won four contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Swainsboro's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Georgia School for Innovation & Classics, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Swainsboro will take on Toombs County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Georgia School for Innovation & Classics, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Edmund Burke Academy at 4:30 p.m.
