Basketball Recap: Burroughs Falls Short of Rolling Hills Prep in the Playoffs

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Burroughs couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 57-45 to the Rolling Hills Prep Huskies on Saturday. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Huskies recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Burroughs' defeat dropped their record down to 23-11. As for Rolling Hills Prep, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season.

Burroughs does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rolling Hills Prep, they will square off against Rosary Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Rosary Academy comes in on five and Rolling Hills Prep on nine.
