Soccer Game Preview: Pebblebrook vs. Paulding County

The Pebblebrook Falcons are taking a road trip to take on the Paulding County Patriots at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Pebblebrook has four straight wins, Paulding County has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Pebblebrook's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 4-0 margin over Osborne. The game marked the Falcons' most dominant victory of the season so far.

They hit Osborne with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alvin Cardenas (2), Christopher Banfield, and Brian Grande.

Meanwhile, Paulding County fell victim to McEachern and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Indians, falling 5-0.

Paulding County's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Pebblebrook, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

Pebblebrook was able to grind out a solid victory over Paulding County in their previous matchup back in March of 2021, winning 2-0. Will Pebblebrook repeat their success, or does Paulding County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
