Soccer Recap: Alleluia Community Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Alleluia Community and Killian Hill Christian squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Alleluia Community had to settle for second. They lost 6-0 to the Cougars. Considering the last time Alleluia Community couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

This is the second loss in a row for Alleluia Community and nudges their season record down to 8-6. Admittedly, the team was facing some tough opposition over that stretch, including 12-4 Trinity Christian (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 58.3% over those games). As for Killian Hill Christian, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-7.

Alleluia Community does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Killian Hill Christian, they will square off against Trinity Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
