Lumpkin County lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Dawson County, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's game. The Indians blew past the Tigers 11-4 on Tuesday. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by seven runs or more this season.

The win was the fourth in a row for Lumpkin County, bringing their record up to 19-8. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Dawson County, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-8.

Lumpkin County will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Tigers: the pair will be back at it again later today.
