Basketball Recap: Dymally Takes a Loss

If Dymally was feeling good fresh off their 52-22 takedown of Port of Los Angeles last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Dymally Challengers were beaten by the Harbor Teacher Monarchs 69-6 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Challengers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1217th, while the Monarchs are ranked 255th).

Dymally's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Harbor Teacher, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.

Dymally does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Harbor Teacher, they will square off against Locke at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Harbor Teacher's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five matches.
