Soccer Recap: Bernstein Finishes Even with Contreras

Bernstein pushed their score to 11 the last time they played Contreras, but on Friday they couldn't quite do it again. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Dragons have been dealt a draw since back in December of 2024.

Their goal came courtesy of Ada Caceres, who's now up to seven this season.

Bernstein's draw gives them a new season record of 8-7-2. As for Contreras, they moved theirs to 1-11-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bernstein will venture away from home to take on Belmont at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Contreras, they will head out to square off against Roybal at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Roybal is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.2 goals per game this season.
