Basketball Recap: Garfield Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Garfield can now relate to. They received a blow on Thursday as they fell 51-35 to the Westchester Comets. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Comets apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2016.

Garfield's loss dropped their record down to 20-5. As for Westchester, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 21-6.

As of now, neither Garfield nor Westchester have any future games scheduled.
