Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Southeast). They enjoyed a cozy 43-26 victory over the Erie Red Devils on Friday. The Lancers pushed the score to 28-6 by the end of the third, a deficit the Red Devils cut but never quite recovered from.

Solomon Scott threw for 26 yards on three of five attempts. On the ground, Cayne Windsor rushed for 152 yards and three TDs.

Southeast now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Erie, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coming up, Southeast will square off against Pleasanton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Erie, they will challenge Uniontown on Friday. The Red Devils will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
