Volleyball Recap: White County Gets the Win

White County won the last time they faced East Jackson and things went their way on Thursday too. The Warriors walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Eagles.

White County easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-19.

White County's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for East Jackson, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-5.

Coincidentally, White County and East Jackson will both be playing Lanier the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Longhorns at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Warriors will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
